My Family and I have been on a plane from 3-5hours getting from Miami to St. Lucia. We were tired, grubby and just wanted to get to our hotel for a shower and nap. Our driver Jason met us at the airport just after luggage pickup and whisk us away to what was a lovely scenic drive to our hotel. He was very professional. Customer service by email was helpful and prompt. I highly recommend Caribookings!
I found the service and response to be excellent. Easily 5-Stars. My emails were promptly responded to and everyone showed up when they were supposed too. Caribookings has the most amazing selections of tours and the team very helpful...they helped me choose the right tour for my family needs. I must say their tour prices was also very competitive compared to the others. Everything was seamless and we had a great time! Very Good service.
Very informative website, professional and the customer service very top notch. We were met at the airport by the driver who was very friendly and gave us a quick tour on our way to the resort. I would definitely will be using Caribookings again and will also recommend using them. Thumps Up!
