Cancellation and refund policy
Any request for cancellation must be informed in writing by e-mail to our Customer Service Department, mentioning your booking/confirmation number.
- To cancel your booking, you should contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking/confirmation number.
- No refunds are available once a transfer or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
- All transfer and tour schedules are pre-scheduled. “No shows” are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or Less – No Refund.
- Cancellations made 48 hours – A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made 71 hours – A 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours- A Full refund.
